Open the app → tap the Groups tab → tap "New Group". Give it a name and start adding expenses. You can invite friends by sharing the group's invite link.
Open a group → tap "Invite". You'll get a link you can share via WhatsApp, iMessage, or any messaging app. Your friends can join directly from the link.
No. You can start adding expenses and splitting costs immediately. You'll only need to sign in when you want to settle a balance or create a second group.
Go to the Settle tab → find the person you owe (or who owes you) → tap "Mark Settled". The other person will get a notification and can acknowledge the payment.
No. Fairsy tracks who owes what. You settle up outside the app (cash, bank transfer, etc.) and record it in Fairsy. We never handle your money.
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your personal information is anonymized immediately. Shared financial records are retained for 30 days for other group members, then permanently deleted.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage. We don't sell or share your data with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Fairsy defaults to OMR (Omani Rial) and supports multiple currencies. Each expense can be recorded in any currency.
